Art Hester has over 35 years of leadership and management experience at very high levels.  After graduating from West Point, he served in the US Army as a line and staff officer with extensive overseas assignments.  He retired from the military as a colonel.

He also worked for General Motors, serving as plant manager at the Arlington, Texas and Tarrytown, New York assembly plants.  He retired from GM to start a small engineering services company. 

In addition to a BS in Civil Engineering from West Point, Art holds a MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation.

Cinda Hester has over 30 years experience as a Human Resources (HR)professional, with extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, personnel policies and procedures administration. 

As an HR manager for General Motors, she was responsible for compensation planning, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, training, workforce fluctuations, and the Equal Employment Opportunity activity.

She earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in  Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
